3.0 Data

3.1 What data is processed/collected by Posttempelhandel Europost

Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Address data
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
– Other personal data that you actively provide
(for example by creating a profile on our website, in correspondence or by telephone)
– Bank account number (IBAN)

Stamp Trade Europost does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old unless they have permission from their parents and/or guardian. 3.3 Automated decision making

Stamp trade Europost makes decisions based on automated processing on matters that may have consequences for people. These decisions are made by computer systems and/or programs without a human being involved (for example a Europost employee).
Stamp trade Europost uses the following systems:
– Wordpress
– WooCommerce

These systems are used to put/keep the website online, process orders, display products in the webshop, and maintain the website. By using this system, stocks are automatically adjusted based on orders, packing slips and invoices are automatically generated for orders, data is automatically stored if a customer registers as a customer (i.e. not ordered as a guest).

– Outlook/QNS server

Outlook is used for everything regarding email traffic. By using this system, emails are automatically loaded into the mailbox. This is done via the external server at QNS.

– Mailchimp

By using this system, newsletters are automatically sent to all customers who have registered

- Mollie

Mollie is used to automatically process payments for orders via the website. No data is sent to Mollie, this is received by Mollie itself using the customer's bank details. What Mollie does with customer data will be shown in their privacy statement.

WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes the name you provide on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name, email address, customer ID and order number with WebwinkelKeur. The email from Posttempelhandel Europost is hosted at QNS. If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the relevant emails will be stored on the QNS servers.

6.0 Completion

Europost processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
